Not a talk about housing. A session about your assets
The room is where this actually changes something. An MT, an investment committee or a supervisory board, behind closed doors, working on schemes you own.
Intake
A 60-minute call and a short document exchange. Which schemes, which stage, which decision is live. I read your material, not a market report.
The session
90 minutes. Twenty minutes of argument, seventy of your portfolio. The causal chain run forward on your own decisions, to your own pro forma lines.
The read
A written note afterwards: what the room agreed, what it disagreed on, and the three decisions that are worth revisiting before they are locked.
- Residential developers before a phase-two brief is locked
- Investment committees ahead of a living-sector acquisition
- Supervisory boards of housing associations, on a strategy day
- Asset management teams looking at a portfolio that underperforms its own underwriting
- Advisors and lenders running an invitation-only client session
